For me, Steeghs starts with one conviction: people must be able to move forward. What’s more, progress doesn’t look the same for everyone. For some, it means a home that better suits a new stage in life. For others, it’s also about choosing a property that makes financial sense and can add value in the long term. I think it’s important that Steeghs understands both sides.

At such moments, an estate agent becomes part of something that is much larger for a client than just a transaction. That is why I believe that as an organisation, you must realise what someone is entrusting you with when you are involved in such an important step.

I want to build Steeghs from that mindset. With a high standard in the choices we make, the attention we give and the responsibility we take for the whole. And that standard must hold firm as Steeghs grows. Not only in what we say, but above all in everything we do.
